Bethenny Frankel is speaking out following the sad, if not entirely unexpected news that she and Jason Hoppy are separating. Following nearly three years of marriage and struggling to make things work, a struggle that was very publicly played out on “Bethenny Ever After,” Bethenny and Jason simply had to admit that their differences as people are too large to overcome. The two have decided to go their own ways and to remain as close co-parents to daughter Bryn.
Bethenny has said that this has been the “toughest year ever” and now calls their separation “heartbreaking.” She is speaking to media sources about how very different she and Jason are and says that “the irony is, we chose each other for who the person is – and then sometimes you want it both ways.” This was is reference to what a workaholic she is and her high-strung nature vs. Jason’s more “balanced” style. Personally, I know Bethenny has a boatload of neuroses, but I felt like Jason isn’t really the champion of letting things go either. The bottom line is, they’re both very good people who just cannot be together. Meanwhile, Bethenny sure isn’t sounding optimistic about future relationships, saying “nothing comes easily for me. Being successful in business doesn’t come easily for me. Marriage doesn’t come easily for me. You have to fight for everything.” Let’s hope Bethenny can arrive at some peace and happiness that doesn’t feel like a constant fight. We’ll see.
There is a lot of that going on,but you have to trust yourself,that you have the intelligence to realize,this happens all over the world,and it is better to split,than hating each other,and possibly do something drastic,trust me you will find a partner worthy of your love.
