It’s certainly looking bright for Bethenny Frankel in terms of her foray into being a big time host. Her celebrity chat show, which many will know was only rolled out in a few select markets across the U.S., has apparently been posting great viewership numbers. Even so, several weeks into its trial run the powers that be are not showing their hand and are sticking to their guns by not fully green-lighting the project for a more extensive roll out.
Bosses of the Warner Bros/Telepictures produced show are remaining quiet and only saying that a decision will come once the test run is complete. Well, the six week test run is almost up so we will soon find out if “Bethenny” will grace screens nationwide. This does, however, seem inevitable and the question will then remain as to what that will mean to Bethenny’s relationship with Bravo. If her Fox talk show takes off will we still see Bethenny on Bravo, the network that essentially launched her massive career?

I think it’s pretty smart for her to only be in a few select markets right now. Better to thrive in a small market than to fail in a huge market.
